Corrugated Plastic 4 mil
The most-common yard sign material produced from high-impact polypropylene resin. Fully-recyclable and considered to be environmentally-friendly, it is a light-weight yet tough material which can easily be cut with a craft knife. Commonly used for Yard Signs, Campaign Signs and Real Estate Riders, corrugated plastic is an economical choice for durable light weight signs.
Aluminum .040
Aluminum is a thin, lightweight metal that never rusts. It is excellent for indoor and outdoor usage, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications. It is commonly used for real estate signs, security signs, parking signs and street signs.
Name Rider Grommets
Grommets will be placed on the top 2 corners 16" on center. This enables you to hang your name Riders from Real Estate posts and Yard Signs. If you need the grommets placed in a different area, please specify during checkout.
Pre-Punched Holes
6"x24" riders come with punched holes 16" and 19" on center both top and bottom. 6"x18" riders come with punched holes 14.5" on center, top and bottom.
Reflective Name Rider Upgrade
Reflective materials are produced with a 6 mil fleet grade vinyl overlay. Printed with UV inks, this material is an Industry Leading option that will be sure to get you noticed. At night, your signs will reflect when a light is shined on them. All reflective products are printed in Full Color, 720dpi for high resolution graphics.

Real estate riders are the smaller signs that go above or below your larger Real Estate Sign. The most common sizes for the riders are 6x18 and 6x24. They can offer agent contact information or give a quick description about the property.
Riders that offer agent information are referred to as Name Riders. These will describe the agent's name, number or website. These can be easily be customized to match your company's branding. You can add your photo or a simple QR code to show who you are or bring them to your website.
You can also customize your name rider to be a short description about the property. Custom sign riders are great when you need your rider to match your company's branding. These will let the viewer know the property's current situation, whether it is for sale, for lease, a recent foreclosure or under contract. They are also great when you want to advertise a unique amenity like a pool, waterfront property or if it has been newly renovated.
We also offer a wide variety of stock riders. These are your standard for sale, for lease and coming soon riders. Our stock riders are pre-printed using red ink on white 6x24 signs. They are double sided and ship the next business day. These are a great way to save money and get your riders shipped ASAP.
