The Easy Order option allows customers to bypass our online design tool. Some customers prefer to skip this step and either upload their own artwork or have our design team create the layout for them.
How do I place an order without using the online design tool?

Can I upload my own design file instead of designing online?
Yes! If you already have your artwork, you can upload it during the Easy Order process.
What file types do you accept for uploaded artwork?
We accept all major image file types such as PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, and EPS. We do not accept Word documents, Excel files, or PowerPoint files.
What if I don’t have a design file - can I just describe what I want?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you're looking for, and our professional graphics team will create a custom design and send you a proof within 24 hours of purchase.
Will I get a proof before my sign is printed?
Yes, all Easy Orders will receive a digital proof for approval before printing. We do not move forward with production until you’ve approved the design - even if you’ve provided print-ready artwork.
How long does it take to receive my proof?
Proofs are typically delivered within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I make changes to the proof once I receive it?
Yes! You’re welcome to work with our graphic team and request changes until you're completely satisfied with the design.
Is the turnaround time the same for Easy Orders?
Yes, the turnaround time is the same. The only difference is that Easy Orders require your proof approval before we can begin production. When using our online designer, you're approving the design at checkout.
Why should I use the Easy Order option instead of designing online?

Corrugated Plastic 4 mil
The most-common yard sign material produced from high-impact polypropylene resin. Fully-recyclable and considered to be environmentally-friendly, it is a light-weight yet tough material which can easily be cut with a craft knife. Commonly used for Yard Signs, Campaign Signs and Real Estate Riders, corrugated plastic is an economical choice for durable light weight signs.
Aluminum Signs .040
Aluminum is a thin, lightweight metal that never rusts. It is excellent for indoor and outdoor usage, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications. It is commonly used for real estate signs, security signs, parking signs and street signs.
Single Sided
By ordering single sided signs, your design will only be printed on one side of the sign. This is a good option for Yard Signs or Bandit Signs that are used with Wooden Stakes or attached to poles, fences or trees.
Double sided
Selecting double sided signs ensures that your design will be seen on both sides of the sign. This is perfect for the Signs that are being placed in frames or using H Stakes to place into the ground along the roadside. Traffic will see your message from both directions.
H-Stake 30 Inch
30" H Stakes are wire stakes that are 10" wide by 30" tall. They are an economical solution to place your Yard Signs into the ground. You simply insert the H Stake into the Flutes that run vertical through the sign, then insert the stake into the ground and gently step on the cross bar to secure the stake.
Reflective Yard Signs Upgrade
Reflective materials are produced with a 6 mil fleet grade vinyl overlay. Printed with UV inks, this material is an Industry Leading option that will be sure to get you noticed. At night, your signs will reflect when a light is shined on them. All reflective products are printed in Full Color, 720dpi for high resolution graphics.
H-Stake 15 Inch
15" H Stakes are wire stakes that are 10" wide by 15" tall. They are an economical solution to place your Yard Signs into the ground. You simply insert the H Stake into the Flutes that run vertical through the sign, then insert the stake into the ground and gently step on the cross bar to secure the stake.
Sign Grommets
Grommets are metal rings that are placed on your sign to make it easy to hang. We place the grommets in all four corners and recommend that you not place any images or graphics in this area while designing your sign. If you need your grommets in a certain spot (ie. 16" on Center) for hanging from Real Estate posts, please indicate so when checking out. If you forget, please call us immediately and we will place accordingly.

Artwork colors
By "Choosing Number of Colors", you are selecting how many print colors you want on your sign. This does not include the background color choice of either White or Yellow. This is only for the print colors. Example, if you have a sign that is white background with Fire Red and Reflex Blue print colors, your design would be a 2 color print.
