  • What is the Standard Shipping Time?
    Standard shipping time for all products is about 2-3 business days. We use FedEx Ground for our carrier. You do have option during checkout to speed up the shipping time as well as placing your order into Rush Production. If you have any questions regarding our Rush or Shipping options, please feel free to contact customer support at 1-888-255-5541.
  • Are H Wires Included With My Order?
    No, all of our H Wire Stakes are sold separately. Click here to order your wire stakes
  • Can I Add a Political Disclaimer?
    Some States require disclaimers on Campaign Signs. Please check with your State regulations. If you need a disclaimer added, please specify in the "Comments" box during the "Add to Cart" checkout process.
  • What Is The Minimum # of Signs I Can Order?
    With all of our products, you can order as few as 1, but keep in mind that the more you order, the better the price break.
  • Can You Help Me With My Design?
    Yes, we can help with your design. If you are creating a design using our Online Designer, be sure to save your design into your account. Give us a call at 1-888-255-5541 and discuss your design with a Customer Service Representative.
  • How Are Your Products Printed?
    Our Yard Signs are printed using environmentally safe UV inks and our Banner and Vehicle Magnets are printed Digitally using Eco-Friendly Printers and Ink. We recycle all of our plastic and cardboard products and strive to be as "Green" as we can be.
  • Why Are You Guys So Cheap?
    We are asked this question often. Most questions are not so much about our price, but an indirect way to find out if we sell cheap products. The answer is simple. While most of your local companies who are 2 to 3 times our price, they simply do not have the buying power that we do. We print on average about 40,000 signs per week. Because of that, we are able to negotiate much better pricing for our products than your local shop can.
  • Can I Order Signs with 4 Different Layouts?
    Yes, but you would pay the 25 qty price per set. For quantity discounted pricing, all signs must be the same layout.
  • How Do I Send My Logo or File to You?
    There are 2 ways that you can send us your artwork or file. First, we have an option within our Online Designer for you to upload your file. The second option is to visit out "Contact Us" page and click on the "Submit Request" tab. This will open our application that will allow you to upload your files and enter information that can help us.
  • Can I Upload My Own Logo or Graphic?
    Yes, but keep in mind that Bigger is Better. What we mean is that the larger the file or the higher the resolution, the better the image is going to print. If you upload a tiny image that has very low resolution, your final print is going to be very pixilated (blurry). We recommend that the file be a minimum of 150dpi, but 300dpi is preferred.
  • Do You Charge Setup Charges?
    No! We have and never will charge you for setups. The only time that you will incur a charge is if we are needed to recreate a complex logo and the charges will be discussed up front and will be based off of re-creation time.
  • Can I see a proof before I order?
    If you have used our Online Designer to create your layout, we consider your order as an approved layout and we send to production. If you would like us to make adjustments to your design, please specify in the Comments box during the "Add to Cart" section.

  • When will I receive my order?
    We strive to produce all products within 7-10 business days and ship FedEx ground unless a different shipping method is selected. This does not include shipping transit time. If you need your order quicker, we offer 3 rush charges. 1 Business Day(24hr), 2 Business Days(48hr) and 3 Business Days(72hr).

    Any Stock products that are ordered by 3pm are shipped out the same day. Depending on your location, you can expect to see your stock products delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • My Order Is Wrong. What Should I Do?
    If you receive your order and it is wrong, please contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-888-255-5541.
  • What print colors do you offer?

    Unlike most sign companies, we offer a wide variety of print colors. The colors shown below are the standard ink colors that we provide on all printed signs and will vary slightly in shade from actual color due to web optimization.

    If you do not see an ink color that matches your brand's color scheme, please email us your logo and requested color. We offer custom PMS matching for a $45 fee, per color.

  • Do you offer full bleed printing?
    Full bleed printing (edge to edge printing) is when the ink covers the entire surface of the material. We do offer this on certain products, unfortunately we do not offer this service for yard signs online. We are able to print full bleed yard signs, however there is more labor involved and in turn there is an up-charge. Please note, full bleed printing is only available for full color yard signs, we cannot offer this service on screen printed signs. If you would like to print full bleed yard signs, please call our sales department and request a custom quote.
